Hi, and welcome to the webpage. If you're reading this, you're clearly somewhat au fait with the internet, and I was wondering if any of you would like to take part in a method of saving us (Carolyn and I) money, which will, of course, help the Grace Spitfire. It simply involves cutting down on mailing costs by putting the Newsletter on the internet on a password protected page so it is only available to Supporters. It's still in experimental stages, as I don't want to spend a lot of time setting it all up if nobody wants to use it. What I would do would be to put up detailed news on a fairly regualar basis, and when the Newsletter it written, I would put up the articles from it on the internet, with the added advantage of colour pictures of a better quality than could be had in print. This would all be password-protected, and you would possibly be informed by email of updates. In order to set this up, I need to know how many people are interested. stating your supporters number, which will be your 'username' and a short password of your own choosing. This can be whatever you like, but not too long please, and please write it twice in BLOCK CAPITALS so I don't misread it. Also, please include an email address, through which I will contact you with further developments on this page, and to confirm your being added to the internet list.
As has been recently brought to my attention, it is possibly a little silly that one has to write a letter for an internet-based service, so, feel free to email this information to website@solo-enterprises.demon.co.uk.
